Bottle security
The clamping power of our Mantis bracket ensures that you won’t have a bottle bounce out of its cradle on bumpy roads, potentially saving you from having to deal with an irate driver who has just been hit by an escaping bottle or finding yourself stuck without a bottle.
As our bottles don’t need to be lifted for removal, AutoTanks bottles are able to sit higher in the tank improving bottle protection from road debris.
Bottle size flexibility
AutoTanks Mantis bracket allows different sized wash bottles to be attached to the water tank.
This lets you replace a lost or damaged bottle with another bottle of different size, which cannot be done with tanks where the bottle storage is moulded directly into the tank.
Flexibility of bottle size allows you to use a large range of bottle sizes and configurations as your needs change.
Ease of bottle removal
The ability to pull the bottle directly from the tank without needing to lift the bottle out of a moulded hole first, makes it much easier to quickly grab the bottle when required for a refill.
In other manufacturers' tanks, there have been cases where a bottle too large for the moulded holder becomes stuck, resulting in hand injuries after suddenly giving way during removal. Sacrificial filler adapter
It is not uncommon for undertray water tanks to be destroyed when the filling point thread is destroyed by rough hose application or cross threading of the plug.
To protect the filling point, all undertray AutoTanks use a sacrificial filling port and specialised rubber lined cap as their filling point.
In the event that someone is rough filling your tank, you can be sure of an easy fix by replacing the adapter—not the tank.
